-These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions) shall govern relations between the agencies Genius Consulting Agency, Goruša14, 71000 Sarajevo, which is the owner of the website and of the domain genius.ba (hereinafter: Genius Consulting) and users of services (hereinafter:Client).
-Genius Consultingowns and operates the web portal genius.ba (hereinafter: Portal). Genius Consulting may,without prior notice, add or remove any web portal from the Portals it manages, with the exceptionof the primary Portal, genius.ba.
-The valid regulations of the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall apply as appropriateto all relationships between Genius Consulting and Clientsthat are not regulated by these Terms and Conditions.
-When accessingand/or using the content or services of thewebsitewww.genius.ba, the Clientagrees to use of the internet site of the Genius Consulting Agency in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and accepts these conditions as well as all the other rules of use of the site and the services provided via these websites. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue further use thesewebsites and the services we providethrough them.
-By using the contents of thesewebsites the Client accepts all risks arising from suchuseand accepts to use the contents of these websites exclusively for personal use and at own risk.
-Genius Consulting fully disclaims any and all liability that is in any way related to the use of these websites, for any Client action in connection with the use or misuse of the contents of these websites, and for any damages that may result or arise out for the Client or any third party in connection with the use or abuse of the use of the content of these websites.
-Genius Consulting may at any time modify and/or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice and shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from such changes.Suchchanges will enter into force upon their publication on these websites. Continuing access to the websites and use of any part of their content or services shall be deemed to mean that the Client consents to such modified or amended General Terms and Conditions.Genius Consulting offers advertising services and other services that are associated with the websites, and in the event of use of the above services additional provisions and requirementsshall apply. Additional terms and conditions that form a part of the contract between the Client and Genius Consulting will be accessible under the relevant services on condition that such services are being used.
-Genius Consulting reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to modify, revoke or amend any part of its business, which also includes these websites. It is forbidden to modify, copy, display, or in any other way use, distribute or transmit the contents of the websitewww.genius.bawithout the written consent of Genius Consulting.
-Genius Consulting will make appropriate efforts to keep the information on these websitescomplete and accurate, but is not responsible in the event of their inaccuracy or incompleteness. Genius Consulting shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect, incidental, non-material or material damage, losses or costs incurred as a result of the use of or inability to use the Genius Consulting websites.
-Genius Consulting will frequently conductquality control of services and products provided by Partners through www.genius.ba. If it is established that a Partner provides a lower quality of service than usual, the cooperation with such Partner will be terminated in order to protect the Clients. Genius Consulting is not the owner, or nor is it in possession of the services and/or products offered via its websites and therefore cannot be held responsible for potential legal and material defects of the services and/or products, or for any other problems and deficiencies that may occur when such products and services are used. All possible deficiencies in connection with delivery or shortcoming of services and/or products provided by our Partners, are the sole responsibility of the Partner who provides such products or services.
-Via the www.genius.ba Portal, Partners may offer a variety of services and products. Apart from the services and/or products, Partners may offer discounts for their services and/or products. Suchdiscounts may be obtained directly from the Partner if so indicated on the Partner’s profile onwww.genius.ba. The offered discounts applyto purchases with the presentation of the GeniusTravelMembership Card(an online membership card).The range of discounted goods is defined exclusively by the Partner with a written notice to Genius Consulting by email. Such notification should include the rate and duration of the discount for given products or services. The sole responsibility for any unrealized discounts lies with the Partner and not with Genius Consulting. If it so happens that a Clients unable to realize adiscount, Genius Consulting should be notified immediately, so it could react and potentially terminate co-operation with such Partner.
-By filling in the electronic registration form, the Clientaccepts the Terms and Conditions and the privacy protection provisionsas integral parts of the service provision agreement. After the electronic form is completed, the provider will send a confirmation e-mail to the Client with a confirmation ofaccess to the Portal. The Client’s contractual subscription starts at the moment when the Client makes the payment in full on www.genius.ba.
-The Client’s access to the application is enabled by entering a user name and password, which are selected by the Client at the time of registration from a range of allowed and accessible options. The password is confidential information, and sharing a password with third partiesis strictly forbidden. The Client is required and responsible to maintain the confidentiality of their password. The Client is solely responsible for any misuse and damage that may result from unauthorized use of their password and may not seekcompensation and damages from the service provider. If misuse of a Client’s password is established, and regardless of the Client’s responsibility, the service provider has the right to deny such Client further use of the service.
-These general terms and conditions of use shall enter into force and apply from 01 April 2019.
